Importance of Integrity

In everything set them an example by doing what is good. In your teaching show integrity, seriousness and soundness of speech that cannot be condemned, so that those who oppose you.
Titus 2:7-8

General Eiwson Hower demonstrates the art of leadership with a peace of string. He put it on a table and say: “pull it and it will follow wherever you wish. Push it and it will go nowhere at all.” It’s just that way when it comes to leading people. They need to follow a person who is leading by example.

John Maxwell: “The most important ingredient of leadership is integrity.”

Importance of Integrity:
  • It builds trust.
  • It has high influence value.
  • It facilitates high standards
  • It results in a solid reputation, not just image.
  • It means living it myself before leading others.
  • It helps a leader be credible, not just clever.
  • It is a hard-won achievement.
Application:
God has put people in our lives, because He trusts us to lead this people in the way that pleases Him. Are we doing the task that God entrusted to us?

Quiet In Bed

Psalms 4:4 NCV
When you are angry, do not sin. Think about these things quietly as you go to bed.

// complain, express yourself or raise your case if you must, but don’t act or react base on your emotions and hurt… keep your mouth shut, and let your heart do the talking, ask and bring it to God… wait and see what God wanted you to do… offer it to Him and trust Him..

// be at peace because He will keep you safe…

No Eye Has Seen

1 Corinthians 2:9 NIV
As it is written: "What no eye has seen, what no ear has heard, and what no human mind has conceived" - the things God has prepared for those who love him.

// In the course and journey of our lives knowledge can gain from school, from our experiences, from people around us. But there is WISDOM we should long for... a wisdom may not be popular with others, because is only be found and learn with God and with His WORD.

// We should not speak through our own knowledge but through the given wisdom of our God. We could not clearly speak about the future awaiting us, unless we will base all our knowledge from the Word of God. As a believer of Christ we have the TRUE wisdom that He only can give, it will never be out-of-date. It will make us a better and purposeful person.

// God’s salvation for us is something that we could not possibly understand fully, by through His Holy Spirit we are patiently waiting for that day, for that promise to be fully fulfilled.

// God prepared great things for us, as the scripture says, it is something we could not imagined. What God has arranged/prepared for those who love Him. And we should be grateful because it was revealed to us by God through the Holy Spirit, through His Son, JESUS.
